Upshift Web Studio is owned and operated by JD Ventures, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. This policy describes cookies and related technologies used in connection with upshiftweb.com. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small files that websites may store on your device. Related technologies include browser storage, scripts, pixels, and temporary identifiers. Some tools transmit information without setting cookies, so “cookie-free” does not necessarily mean that no information is processed.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website use and performance. Its browser beacon does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics or fingerprint visitors to identify them over time. Hosting and network analytics may separately process information about requests made to the website.

Form processing and analytics. The inquiry form uses SplitForms. Its submission endpoint does not set visitor cookies. Its form analytics uses a temporary in-memory session reference to measure form use rather than a persistent browser-storage identifier. Partial-lead capture is currently disabled.

Security and delivery. Hosting and anti-abuse services process technical signals to deliver the website and protect the inquiry form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Depending on the hosting and security configuration and the checks required for a request, security providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms. For example, Cloudflare's optional pre-clearance feature can issue a cf_clearance cookie. This description of that optional feature does not mean it is issued to every visitor. Security-related cookie duration depends on the enabled feature and its configuration. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation and Turnstile Privacy Addendum for information about those services.

External fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. These requests transmit technical connection information to the font service. They are separate from our website analytics and are not an advertising integration.

Advertising and preferences. We have not configured advertising pixels or optional preference cookies on this website. We do not currently provide a cookie preference panel because we have not implemented optional cookie categories that visitors can toggle through such a panel.

Your browser may allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and restrict other website technologies. Blocking scripts or security technologies can prevent the inquiry form from working. You may instead contact hello@upshiftweb.com about a project or legal@jdventureshq.com about privacy.

Deleting or blocking cookies alone does not stop all cookieless analytics, technical requests, or server-side logging. Browser privacy features and content-blocking tools may provide additional controls. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of browser signals and privacy requests.

Where applicable law requires consent or another choice before a technology is used, we will provide the required information and control. This policy does not treat continued browsing as consent to technologies for which express consent is required.

We may replace providers that perform the functions described here. If a change introduces materially different tracking, cookies, purposes, or visitor choices, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement required controls before that processing begins.

Independent websites reached through links may use their own cookies and tracking. Their policies apply to their websites.

We will revise this policy and its effective date when appropriate to reflect changes in website technologies, practices, or requirements. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
